Enjoy a relaxing holiday in the Valdambra countryside in this beautiful and cosy farmhouse for 8 people, just a few kilometres from Arezzo, Siena and Florence, surrounded by the art, culture, fashion and excellent cuisine of Tuscany,
Situated in a quiet and sunny position surrounded by a beautiful garden at the edge of the woods, this charming and comfortable detached holiday home is on two floors and enjoys a splendid garden furnished for pleasant moments of relaxation in the open air. The house has been carefully renovated and lovingly finished in typical Tuscan style, with stoneware floors, stone and beamed ceilings.
On the ground floor there is an open-plan living room with a comfortable and well-equipped kitchen. There is a dining table, wood-burning fireplace and flat-screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, extractor hood, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, American coffee and coffee pod machine, electric kettle, moka coffee maker, a comfortable island as a worktop. A wooden staircase leads to the first floor where there are four comfortable and very cosy bedrooms and two complete bathrooms with shower. The living room leads outside where a corner of the garden has been furnished with dining table and chairs and a barbecue. The large garden offers sun loungers, the ideal place to relax with a good book. There are two five-a-side football goals and a pig-pong table, and an outdoor solar shower.

Location
The holiday home is located in the municipality of Bucine (12 km) in Valdarno, between Arezzo(35 km), Siena(35 km) and Florence(65km). The location is considered a ‘gateway to Chianti’ and an excellent starting point for exploring the various villages in this valley and the nearby cities of art.
The surrounding area is dotted with Romanesque churches, vineyards and fields of olive trees. The nearest town, Bucine, is a 15-minute drive away. Here you will appreciate the local, km 0 products at the weekly market, find grocery shops, cafés and bars.
The charming town of Greve in Chianti is a 1-hour drive away.
Other excursions not to be missed include visits to the historic towns of Siena (35 minutes by car), San Gimignano, Certaldo and Florence (1 hour by car), Loro Ciuffenna (35 minutes by car), Arezzo(40 minutes by car)
Fashion enthusiasts will feel in paradise at the Firenze Mall outlet malls 45 minutes by car, at Prada's Levane Outlet Space (15 minutes). Here, visitors will find brands such as Dolce & Gabbana, Versace, Burberry and Valentino.
For a day of total relaxation, visitors can head to Rapolano Terme (20 minutes by car). This historic town is renowned for its thermal baths: Terme Antica Querciolaia and Terme San Giovanni, used since Roman times. Rich in minerals, the thermal waters have therapeutic properties and the spas offer a range of wellness treatments and therapies.
The nearest international airport is Florence Peretola, about 1 hour's drive away.
