Discover our cosy studio with kitchenette and bathroom. Nestled in the heart of Gevoudaz, the birthplace of Opinel, less than 30 minutes from numerous ski resorts and hiking trails, and 10 minutes from Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne. Ideal for exploring the Maurienne valley and enjoying a memorable stay in the heart of nature and relaxation!
Studio and Kitchenette :
The 25 m² studio is designed to provide a comfortable and functional living space. The sleeping area features a double bed in a separate, restful space, perfect for a good night's sleep. The fully-equipped kitchenette makes meal preparation easy, with everything you need close at hand.
Bathroom and WC:
The bathroom and toilet are independent, guaranteeing your privacy and comfort. You'll find a modern shower and practical storage for your personal belongings.
Garden:
Enjoy our 500 m² garden, a true haven of peace where you can dine outside and relax in peace.
Other amenities:
The studio is equipped with a high-speed Wi-Fi connection, ideal for consulting the internet quickly and free of charge. We also provide all the necessary equipment for toddlers, such as a cot and high chair, so that the whole family can feel at ease.
Additional services :
A washing machine and tumble dryer are available on request, so you can easily manage your laundry during your stay.
Proximity to summer and winter resorts:
The studio is ideally located just 15 minutes by car from the Albiez-Montrond ski resort. You can also reach the resorts of Saint-Jean-d'Arves, Le Corbier, Saint-Sorlin-d'Arves, La Toussuire, Les Karellis and the Orelle ski lifts in around 30 minutes by car. These lifts give you access to the 3 Vallées ski area, the largest in the world! The Maurienne is also the world's largest cycling area, with hiking trails, climbing routes and mountain lakes to explore. Finally, Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne is just a 10-minute drive away, offering a host of local amenities and attractions.
Important information:
The studio is an outbuilding of our main residence, so we live on site. Our dog will be present in the communal garden.
Household linen and cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price.
The apartment is difficult to access for people with reduced mobility.
If arrival and departure times are a problem, we can adjust them to suit your needs.
