A unique experience awaits you during your stay in this tree-house, with all the comforts of a modern wooden house in a natural setting on the edge of the St Jean de Monts national forest and just a few minutes from the long sandy beach.
In the peace and quiet, you'll live in true communion with nature, with views of the trees from every room in the house. There are no shutters or curtains, so you can watch the birds and squirrels swinging from tree to tree, which you can observe from your bed in the morning or in the bath!

On the second floor, you'll find a large living room with a wood-burning fireplace and a wood-burning stove for cosy winter evenings, an open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen, a bedroom with en-suite shower, wc with washbasin, utility room. Upstairs, a large bedroom with dressing room, island bath and shower.
In the garden you'll find a hammock for siestas and a relaxation area for aperitifs, as well as the possibility of enjoying your meals outside on balmy summer evenings.
The property is enclosed and parking space for vehicles is available.
Numerous terraces are tiered, with numerous steps and no guardrails, so that the view from the house is unrestricted (special care is required if staying with children, and access for people with reduced mobility is not possible).
To be paid on arrival: tourist tax (rate according to number of people) and security deposit (€1000). Optional services: Cleaning: €40/hr. Linen hire*: from 6€/week (please consult us). Baby (high chair or cot)*: €20/week.
