Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 90 m² house with mountain views and swimming pool which can accommodate up to 6 guests and is located in the commune of Rumilly. It has a lovely 25 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower and bath) and a 900 m² garden! Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The house is ideally located in Rumilly, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

A wide choice of water sports, mountain activities and festivities in Annecy and Aix les Bains, restaurants, museums, castles and cultures.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park, which can accommodate up to 3 vehicles.
