Modern, renovated and refurbished apartment in the heart of the city center, close to all amenities. This 2-room apartment features a bedroom with a double bed and 2 foldaway bunk beds, a living room with a sofa bed and a kitchen opening onto the living room.

Space
This 45 m2 2-room apartment is on the 2nd floor of a recent residence with PMR access in downtown Antibes, close to all amenities. It's located at the entrance to Vieil Antibes, 5 minutes' walk from the Ponteil and Gravette beaches, 5 minutes' walk from Antibes' main cultural sites (Picasso Museum, Archaeology Museum, Peynet Museum, 2 cinemas, media library, etc.), 1 minute' walk from the bus station and 10 minutes' walk from the train station.
It is composed as follows
- Bedroom with double bed and 2 foldaway bunk beds, large storage cupboard.
Please note: the 2 foldaway bunk beds can accommodate children or adults.

due to the small surface area.
An umbrella bed with mattress is available (please bring your own sheets).

The apartment has a very large private parking space in the basement of the building.
The parking lot is accessible via a car elevator. Cars can be up to 5m long and 1m90 high.
The apartment has WIFI and associated TV channels.
The apartment is equipped with a centralized air-cooling system in the building
as well as two high-end fans, but no air-conditioning.
Access
Travelers have access to the entire apartment.
Interaction
I live in Cannes and work in Antibes. So I'm often in the area to help you if you need it. Our agency is also just a few steps from this home.
Arrivals are from 4pm to 8pm. If you wish to arrive outside these hours, please contact us to check availability (additional charges may apply).
Independent arrival is possible on request, with a key to be collected from a secure key box.
Neighborhood
The beautiful and typical district of Old Antibes. An area full of charm, with its narrow streets, ramparts, port, beaches, stores and restaurants.
Numerous markets throughout the week, including the famous Provencal market. A vacation atmosphere guaranteed! You'll fall under the spell of this highly sought-after vacation district!
You're just a 10-minute walk from the beaches of La Gravette and La Salis.
Transit
The Antibes SNCF train and bus station is a 10-minute walk from the apartment.
By car, the journey from Nice airport takes about 20/30 minutes, depending on traffic.
If you don't have a car, you can either take a cab from the airport or a bus (N°250) which will drop you off at "Place du Général de Gaulle" in Antibes (5 minutes' walk from the accommodation).
Notes
Linen is provided on arrival (one set of sheets per bed, one shower towel per person, one bath mat, one tea towel, one roll of toilet paper).
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the booking, but please wash the dishes and take out the rubbish before handing over the keys.
If you require cleaning during your stay and/or a change of sheets or towels, please contact our agency to arrange a quote for this additional service.
Pool/beach towels are not included.
Soap, dishwasher and washing machine detergent, and coffee are not available.
