Space
Our 45 m² apartment on Rue Lieutenant JB Meschi, 5th floor (no elevator) of a Marseille building, is ideal for a stay in Marseille. Very bright, it features a separate, fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the terrace. The living area opens onto a sunny terrace with an unobstructed view of the neighborhood. The bedroom has a double bed and plenty of storage space. The sofa in the living room converts into a sofa bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and vanity unit. Ideally located 15 min by streetcar from Gare St Charles, 5 min from the hospitals and 15 min from the Vieux-Port by metro.
October to June: Mobility leases from 1 to 10 months (students, employees in training or on professional mobility schemes). Airbnb prices do not include electricity, hot water and internet charges; a supplement of 75 euros per month for these charges must be paid on arrival. Quiet building, please respect the peace and quiet (no noise, no parties).
In order to offer you the best possible welcome, we provide bed linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets, bath mats and one bath towel per person. Tea towels not included. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, washing-up liquid and a sponge.

Price includes use of beds only. Use of the sofa bed incurs an additional charge of EUR 7.50 per night for bed linen and towels, which must be paid after booking.

Discover this dynamic, lively and sunny city. You can walk to museums (Mucem, Musée Cantini, Palais du Pharo), discover the colorful Mediterranean markets and the beautiful beaches. Near our accommodation, on Boulevard Chave, Cours Julien or Notre Dame du Mont, you'll find plenty of restaurants and bars to enjoy a good time, as well as numerous shops for your shopping needs. You'll enjoy a real sense of neighborhood life. The Conception and Timone hospitals are a 5-minute walk away.
