Spacious house in a quiet location, surrounded by marshes in a sensitive Natura 2000 area (not secured), approx. 300 m from the beach (beach in its natural state - swimming possible only at high tide) and approx. 800 m from the first shops.
East and west terraces and unenclosed 3000 m² garden overlooking the marshes.
Ground floor: kitchen opening onto living room (sofa bed 160x200), 3 bedrooms including 1 with private shower (each with bed 140x190), shower room, separate WC and storeroom/laundry room.
Additional equipment: smart TV, baby bed/chair, Bluetooth speaker (wifi being installed).
Not included: electricity, electric heating, bed linen, towels, compulsory end-of-stay cleaning (€80) and tourist tax.
