Stay in the heart of Marseille in this beautifully renovated 96 m2 3-bedroom apartment. Its location is ideal. The Old Port is a 10-minute walk away. Streetcar and metro at the bottom of the building (Dames). Close to all amenities.
Space
Our 96 m² apartment in Rue des Phocéens, on the 5th floor with elevator of a recent residence, is the ideal pied-à-terre for a stay in Marseille. Recently renovated, it's a 5-minute walk from the Joliette business district (Les Docks, Les Terrasses du Port) and the picturesque Panier district. Streetcar and metro are less than 2 minutes' walk away. The fully-equipped kitchen opens onto a spacious living room with sitting area overlooking Rue de la République. The sleeping area comprises one bedroom with 1 double bed and two bedrooms with 2 double beds on the mezzanine. There are 2 bathrooms with vanity units and 2 toilets. No WIFI. Restaurants, shops and Monoprix are nearby.
To offer you the best possible welcome, we provide bed linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets, bath mats and one bath towel per person. Tea towels not included. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, washing-up liquid and a sponge.
To confirm your reservation, a deposit must be paid by pre-authorizing your credit card. This amount will not be blocked or debited and does not affect your credit card limit.
You can enter the building at 63 rue de la république.

On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.
Arrival between 9:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.: EUR 20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.
Please note No arrivals after 11:00 pm.
For reservations of 30 days or more, a Mobility Lease must be signed, subject to eligibility.

Located in the heart of downtown Marseille, just a stone's throw from the Old Port (10 min walk), this is an ideal location for discovering our beautiful city on foot or via public transport (tramway and bus 150 meters away). Discover this dynamic, lively and sunny city. You'll be able to visit Marseille's main museums on foot (Mucem is a 10-minute walk away, as well as the Cantini Museum and the Palais du Pharo), and discover the city's colorful Mediterranean markets and beautiful beaches. On the famous Rue de la République, close to our home, you'll find numerous restaurants (Splendido) and bars where you can have a good time, as well as a wide range of shops (Les Terrasses du Port shopping center, 5 min walk away) and boutiques (Monoprix, 50 m away).
