Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency in the commune of Férel, we offer this charming 149 m² air-conditioned house with swimming pool for rent, which can accommodate up to 15 guests. It features an attractive living room, a large fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms and five bathrooms. You'll also enjoy a 300 m² outdoor area! Wifi (fiber optics) included, we're waiting for you!
The dwelling is composed as follows:
First floor:
- A bright 65 m² living room with sofa bed, TV, dining area and terrace access
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bathroom with shower
- Toilet block and separate WC
On the 1st floor:
- Bedroom 1: master suite with queen-size bed (160×200), shower room and WC
- Bedroom 2: master suite with queen-size bed (160×200), shower room and WC
- Bedroom 3: master suite with queen-size bed (160×200), shower room and WC
2nd floor:
- Bedroom 4: 7-berth dormitory space, with 5 single beds (90×190), and a bunk bed (2 berths, 90×190)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha.
Outside :
- A private, heated swimming pool (8×4), secured by a shutter and open from April 1 to October 31. Pool opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change. Sun loungers are available.
- A 120 m² north-facing terrace around the pool, with garden furniture, table and chairs to enjoy the sunny days.
- A second 90 m² south-facing terrace with covered area.

The house is ideally located in the heart of a small village, 10 minutes' walk from the port of La Roche-Bernard. You'll be able to relax in peaceful, pleasant surroundings. All essential shops are nearby, less than 5 min away, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

- The semi-detached house is ideal for a quiet break, but is not suitable for parties.
