your ideal vacation oasis on the island of Saint-Martin. Located in the peaceful residential area of Cul-de-sac, opposite Islet Pinel, this residence offers much more than sea views: it invites you to literally dive into the crystal-clear waters.
This spacious villa features three comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with a king-size bed, storage space, TV, air conditioning and ceiling fan. You'll also find two shower rooms with toilets, as well as a spacious living area with a fully equipped open kitchen.
Outside, a shaded relaxation area invites you to unwind, with a large dining table for convivial meals. Continue your escapade under the Caribbean sun by lounging on the deckchairs by the pool, before finishing on a teak beach offering direct access to the sea.
To make your stay as pleasant as possible, we provide everything you need to enjoy the beach: towels, masks, snorkels, flippers, as well as two kayaks and a paddle, with life jackets for children. What's more, we'll be happy to provide you with a list of contacts to help you make the most of your stay, whether for car rental, boat trips, restaurant recommendations or tips on the island's best beaches.
