Completely renovated gite on the shores of Lac de Paladru, on the first floor of a 1960s architect-designed house. Private covered terrace overlooking the lake, access to the subdivision beach and campsite beach, enclosed garden with children's play area
Space
Come and enjoy the crystal-clear waters of Lac de Paladru, nestled in a beautiful green setting! Our gîte, on the first floor of an architect-designed house dating from the 1960s, will win you over with its privileged lakeside location. You'll be spoilt for choice when it comes to swimming: the beach of the housing estate, equipped with an offshore raft for fun (in yellow on the map, 50 meters away), or the Bilieu beach, open only to customers of the municipal campsite and residents of the commune (badge provided, in red on the map, less than 5 minutes' walk away). We have 2 paddles at your disposal, with authorization to use them on the lake and life jackets. For cyclists, the cycle path runs right down the street. We share our two electric scooters for those who wish to circumnavigate the lake effortlessly. For hikers and mountain bikers, there are numerous trails all around the lake and in the Chartreuse. On the practical side, Charavines, with its market, local shops and restaurants, is just 5 minutes away by car, 10 minutes by bike/scooter and 20 minutes on foot via the Bois d'Amour path that runs alongside the lake.
LAC CASA 60' has an independent gate and 2 private parking spaces. With a covered terrace of over 60 m2, you can enjoy a plancha area, relaxing garden furniture and a large family table for sharing meals overlooking the lake. Our small enclosed garden to the side of the house with swing, tomato and herb plantations is open to you.
Entirely renovated in the spirit of the 1960s, the apartment offers 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90 x 200, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160 x 200, 1 shower room and 1 separate toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped: induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dining table. A living room with a comfortable sofa bed (160 x 200), TV and teleworking area with fiber connection complete the layout.
Towels and bath mats are included in the cleaning fee.
Beds are made up on arrival: just let us know when booking if the sofa bed will be used.
A towel and bath sheet per person will also be provided.
Replacement of bed linen and towels during your stay will be charged at 13 EUR/double bed, 9 EUR/single bed and 4 EUR/towel and bath sheet.
Don't forget to bring your beach towel, bathing sandals for walking on the pebbles when the lake level drops, and your bicycle helmets.

Weekly rentals only during the summer season.
No parties, accommodation located in a housing estate. We occupy the 1st floor.
The rules of the beach are provided before your arrival: they must be scrupulously respected, failing which access may be refused.
No smoking inside.
Baby bath, cot, high chair, child's bike seat, potty and adapter supplied on request.
Access to laundry room with washing machine and ironing facilities.
Accommodation not suitable for people with reduced mobility
Access
LAC CASA 60' occupies the entire first floor of the house, with its own entrance, terrace and plancha area. Only the enclosed garden on the side of the house with the swing is shared with the owners.
