It features an attractive 30 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and a 200 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics) included, we're waiting for you!

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot, which can accommodate up to 2 cars.

- Nearest train station: Rivesaltes Sncf station approx. 5 min by car, Perpignan station approx. 15 min by car.
- Nearest airport: Perpignan Rivesaltes Méditerranée airport, about 5 min by car.
