Renovated gîte 1 km from the Grande Plage des Sables d'Olonne and its embankment, and from the town center (shops, restaurants...). Ideal location for putting down your suitcases and doing everything on foot. You can also take advantage of cycle paths and forest walks... The single-storey gîte comprises an entrance hall, a living room (accessed by a step), a kitchenette, a bedroom (1 bed 160x200), a shower room and a separate toilet. Outside, you'll enjoy a fully enclosed private area with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue (outside steps). Communal courtyard available for bikes on request from the owners. Car parking available in front of the gîte or in the free parking lot 100m away. A second Gîtes de France-approved accommodation on site (Ref H85G027521).
All-inclusive price: End-of-stay cleaning, bed linen (beds made up on arrival) and towels, baby equipment on request (cot, high chair and other equipment). In addition: Tourist tax.
Fixed-rate heating charge in winter from November 11 to April 1: €3/day.
