This independent property is the result of a skilful restoration of a farmhouse and consists of a 550 sqm detached villa and an annexe 35 metres apart. Situated in a dominant and spectacular position in Chianti. Immersed in an enchanted landscape rich in contrasts, atmospheres, sounds and colours, it embraces elegance with a 360 degree view of the Tuscan hills. Its location between Florence and Siena makes it easy to reach all the main tourist destinations: Florence at 30 minutes and Siena at 20 minutes. Close to smaller villages such as San Gimignano and Radda in Chianti.
The outdoor spaces are characterised by a large lawn garden with stone walls. There is a beautiful swimming pool with hydromassage area, varying in depth from 0.50 to 1.4 metres. The pool is surrounded by a wooden floor and equipped with sun loungers and an outdoor shower. On the opposite side of the pool is a beautiful pergola equipped with table and chairs for outdoor breakfasts and nearby a wood-burning oven and brick barbecue.

Five steps down lead to the fully equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom with shower. On the first floor is the formed sleeping area with a bed in the middle and a bathroom with Jacuzzi.
