Living room with sofa, flat-screen TV, equipped kitchen (with mini-oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker). The bedroom features 1 double bed (140cm), a three-door closet and a desk.
1 bathroom (bath + washbasin), separate WC. East-facing terrace with garden table and 4 chairs. Private parking.
Small pets tolerated, limited to 1. Smoking outside.

*Pool open in July and August only. All decisions concerning the pool are the responsibility of the condominium manager. No discount will be granted if the pool is closed to the public. Neither the agency nor the owner can be held responsible.
Bed linen and towels are not provided (a fee is payable to the agency).
The rental must be left clean (a cleaning service may be provided for a fee).
An inventory of fixtures is carried out on each departure (cf art 1731 of the civil code).
The following customers have 24 hours to inform us of anything they feel is not in order, or that our services have forgotten to report.
If tenants leave on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 am on the morning of their departure, a preliminary inventory of fixtures will be carried out by the agency the day before departure. This will ensure that everything is in working order and that no damage has occurred. In the case of a pre-assessment, the deposit will be cancelled (credit card) or returned cancelled (cheque), after the tenants' actual departure.
Optional services to be paid for on site and booked before arrival:
- Bed linen/set for one bed/one week: 10 €.
- Bathroom linen/kit per person/one week: €5.
- Final cleaning T2 : 55 €.
This accommodation is distributed by a professional. Unless otherwise stated, services such as cleaning, sheets, towels, etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets allowed (indicated in ad), a supplement may apply.
