Facing the mountains, on the slopes, this cozy 39m² duplex (13m² of which is under-roof) is ideal for 4 people. Located in Merdassier, with plenty of morning sunshine, it comprises a 26m² living space, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet. Upstairs: a small double bedroom + mezzanine sleeping area. Free WiFi. Parking. Linen hire available if required.
Bed linen and towels supplied on request by the concierge (delivered on site 24€/single bed and 38€/double bed).
This small duplex offers a real mountain atmosphere with its stone and wood features, giving it the charm of a cosy chalet. The small balcony gives you a beautiful view of the mountains, ideal for relaxing in summer. Perfect for a peaceful family break, it's located directly on the Manigod ski slopes (the same ski area as La Clusaz), with ski-in/ski-out access in winter and great hiking in summer.
Accommodation
The 39m² duplex apartment (including 13m² under the eaves) is split over two levels. The living room features a sofa bed, armchair, dining area and fully-equipped kitchen. Upstairs, an attic bedroom with double bed and a mezzanine with two single beds. Free parking downstairs. We are local hosts available to assist and advise you.
Family resort of Manigod
The apartment is located in the Merdassier sector, with direct access to the ski slopes in winter and hiking trails in summer. Linked to La Clusaz by piste and gondola, it's perfect for families, with ski lessons available from age 2. Shops, restaurants and Sherpa supermarket nearby, open in season.

In summer, enjoy hiking from the building - cycling, mountain biking, paragliding and an outdoor public swimming pool in the resort. In winter, downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, tobogganing, Nordic skiing and dog sledding.
