The accommodation
This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Living room with sofa and armchair, dining area with table and chairs, small kitchen supplanted by an under-sloped duplex floor with a double bedroom and a sleeping area with 2 single beds. Enjoy the comfort of skiing in winter on the Manigod and La Clusaz ski areas. Both are very family-friendly resorts for the enjoyment of young and old alike (ESF lessons from age 2).
Summer hiking and winter skiing at the foot of the residence and outdoor pool at the bottom of the resort.

La Station de Merdassier :
This apartment is located in Merdassier - Manigod ski resort - ski-in/ski-out in winter and at the start of hiking trails in summer - at the top of the family resort of Manigod in Haute Savoie - (the ski area is linked to the resort of La Clusaz). Ideally located close to small shops and restaurants open throughout the summer and winter seasons - small Sherpa supermarket.
Transportation:
- Free parking is available close to the apartment. Parking just below the Les grandes Pistes building.

- Nearest train station: Annecy station 55 minutes by car, Lyon station 2 hours, Bellegarde or Chambéry , both 1 hour away,
- Nearest airports: Chambéry Savoie Mont Blanc airport approx. 1h20 by car, Geneva airport approx. 1h15, Lyon airport 1h50.
Notes
The residence is located in the Grandes Pistes building at the top of the village of Merdassier - a veritable jewel nestled in the heart of the Aravis Massif, a paradise for outdoor activities - an authentic resort surrounded by alpine farms - La Clusaz (10min) and accessible on skis, the village of Manigod (5min), Annecy and its lake (45min), Geneva (1h15) and Lyon (2h).
- Activities: In summer, take a refreshing dip in the outdoor swimming pool 2 minutes away by car (access at an additional cost), after walking with the family (numerous walking/hiking trails), mountain bike hire at the resort, summer tobogganing, paragliding, canyoning, climbing... In winter, with skis on, you can enjoy the slopes of this family-friendly ski area, snowshoeing, tobogganing, Nordic and cross-country skiing, dog sledding, etc.
- Events : Passage of the Tour de France, Yoga Festival at La Clusaz in early July, Fête du lac d'Annecy on the first weekend of August, Festival d'animation d'Annecy in June, Festival Au Bonheur des mômes at the end of August in Le Grand Bornand - many festivities to be seen directly with the tourist offices of Manigod, La Clusaz, Thônes, Le Grand Bornand.
