Excellent location in the resort. 36 m 2 apartment on the slopes (in front of the Lune Bleue chairlift) for 5 people, Place de la Madeleine at 1650 m, Val Blanc A residence, 1st floor. Private parking for 1 vehicle on level -1 of the building. Ski locker on the first floor, very practical as the building has two entrances: on the Place de la Madeleine side with all the shops at the foot of the building, and for direct access to the slopes you use the other entrance to the building. Ideal for families. Quiet, bright apartment with underfloor heating and electric radiators. You'll have a large balcony with an open-plan area and an area enclosed by a second bay window so you can enjoy meals if you wish. An unobstructed view of the valley, not overlooked. In the kitchen: dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, traditional oven with microwave option, coffee maker, kettle, raclette machine, In the toilet: vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board. In the cupboards: comforters, pillows, sheets, tea towels.... In the cupboard on the balcony: skis, ski boots, sledges are available if the equipment and sizes are suitable. Laundry and tumble dryer downstairs. Layout: Mountain corner with 3 bunk beds, bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet. Dining room with open-plan kitchen. In the living room, 1 comfortable convertible sofa bed 160x190. In the living room there's a second convertible sofa bed (140x190), a TV, a player, soc games and books. Cleaning possible at end of stay (optional), sheets and towels on site, please wash and fold at end of stay. Possibility of renting them if you prefer.
