The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent this charming 50 m² house in the commune of Pordic which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. It has a lovely 25 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a bathroom (with shower) and a garden of around 150 m². Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is as follows :
Ground floor :
- 25 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV, fireplace (wood not provided) and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.

First floor :
- Bedroom with double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with shower, wc
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.
Outside :
- A lovely 150 m² enclosed garden
- A 4.5 m² terrace with furniture to make the most of fine weather
The house is ideally located in Pordic, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
