This 60-square-meter apartment is located in Saint-Gervais-les-Bains.

This apartment is equipped with every comfort!
Located on the 1st floor with elevator, it comprises :
- one bedroom with a double bed ;
- one bedroom with two single beds
- a functional bathroom;
- a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area;
- living room with sofa bed.
You'll particularly appreciate its practicality and calm.
During your stay, you'll have at your disposal: Parking, Wifi, Television, Iron, Hairdryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Oven, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.
Bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost.
There are several hiking, trail and mountain bike routes starting from the residence.
The residence is also ideally located 200 m from the gondola lift up to the ski resort or to Le Bettex in both winter and summer.
It's also within easy reach of Megève (10 km), Chamonix (30 km) and Annecy (60 km), as well as Switzerland and Italy.
The town center is a 10-minute walk away. The market is held here every Thursday morning.
The thermal baths at Le Fayet are accessible free of charge via the wastewater elevator. If you want to go up to the nid d'aigle, take the streetcar from Gare de Saint-Gervais-les-Bains.
Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each passenger.
