Independent portion of house with shared swimming pool in the heart of the Montagnola Senese on a stretch of the Via Francigena. 8 km from Siena. Private furnished patio. Independent entrance and large park with holm oaks for the exclusive use of guests. The swimming pool with Jacuzzi is shared with the owner, who lives in the part of the house adjacent to the flat. The house consists of a large living/dining room, kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom with shower.
Ortensia House is located in the Montagnola Senese, a natural, protected area that offers contact with nature and the possibility of trekking, mountain biking and horseback riding. The proximity to Siena, only 8km away, will allow guests to get to know the city, experience the Palio, the famous horse race held on July 2 and August 16. Just 12km away is the Castle of Monteriggioni, the small medieval village, which we recommend seeing one afternoon at sunset and stopping for dinner at one of the restaurants inside. Also easy to reach are San Gimignano, Florence and Volterra. Ortensia House has a private and furnished outdoor space, the pool shared with the owners (who use the pool salturiamente) is equipped with sunbeds.
