- 30-minute walk from Opéra Garnier and the Grands Boulevards (Galeries Lafayette, Printemps).
- Market on the Square d'Anvers (5 minutes away) on Friday afternoons, with excellent organic vendors. The square also has games for children and young people.
- Lots of shops within 2 minutes (supermarkets, organic retailers, small quality shops - cheese, wine, bakery, chocolate, etc.) and many cafés and restaurants.

Location
The 9ᵉ arrondissement of Paris is quite a pleasant area to visit and live in. A shopping and leisure district, if a little less crowded than Les Halles, it is so by a more mature and diverse population. With high-standard but affordable stores, restaurants and theaters everywhere, its neighborhoods are nevertheless distinct from one another.
The south of the arrondissement, noisy and lively, and the territory of the Grands-Boulevards and the Opéra Garnier. Magnificent architecture, courtyards and hidden streets. The north, meanwhile, takes you to Montmartre via the famous Pigalle.
