Located in a prestigious building in the center of town, this superb apartment is the guarantee of a successful stay in Annecy, thanks to its prime location, just a stone's throw from the old town, Bonlieu and Le Paquier. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Old Town, where you can enjoy dinner by the canals, stroll through the market or simply admire the beauty of the scenery.
The three queen-size bedrooms are at the rear of the apartment, each with its own TV screen and dressing room. There is also a shower room, bathroom and separate toilet.
The vast living room-kitchen extends the full length of the apartment, where large windows offer exceptional views of the surrounding mountains.
The open kitchen is equipped with a wine cellar and a large work surface, and the apartment also has a private garage - a real bonus in Annecy, where parking spaces are precious!
