The villa Encanto has 3 bedrooms and sleeps up to 8 people. With stunning views of the sea and the Peñon de Ifach Natural Park, Encanto is the perfect villa for families or friends who wish to walk to the beach and enjoy a charming and very special villa.
Accommodation layout:
With 194 m², and spectacular views of the sea and the Peñon de Ifach, the villa is distributed in a main house which is accessed by a flight of comfortable stairs, and consists of a living-dining room with plenty of natural light, a fully equipped open plan kitchen, a pleasant lounge with sofa, tv and air conditioning, a complete bathroom with bathtub, a bedroom with two single beds together and air conditioning, and a bedroom with double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and air conditioning.
From the main house there is access via metal spiral stairs to a lovely solarium with beautiful sea views. A second flight of stairs leads to the most special part of the villa which consists of an open plan studio with stunning views, double bed, two single beds, fully equipped kitchen, sofa area for the first coffee in the morning facing the sea and the pool, bathroom with shower and air conditioning. A lovely, well configured space that will allow you to wake up and practically step into the water, as the pool area is right in front of the studio.
Exterior of the villa:
With 800 m2 of plot, the villa has several terraces with outdoor sofas, tables for outdoor dining, solarium for summer evenings, a beautiful barbecue with workbench and sink to prepare magnificent roasts and a large table for 8 diners next to the pool area. Sun loungers for sunbathing, outdoor shower and all this always looking at the majestic Peñon de Ifach and the whole bay of Calpe in front of the sea.
The house also has a private and closed garage for two cars.
It is located 150 m from the restaurant, 450 m from the rocky beach 'Cala Les Urques', 900 m from the sandy beach 'Playa de Puerto Blanco', 2 km from the town 'Calpe', 2 km from the supermarket.
