Come and discover this mountain house located in Saint Sorlin d'Arves, with a beautiful sunny balcony overlooking the Aiguilles d'Arves and the village in the heart of the "Les Sybelles" ski area, 310kms of slopes, the largest ski area in the Maurienne and 4th in France.
Very easy access to the slopes by the free shuttle every 1/4 of an hour from the cheese factory (about 100 meters).
This mountain house is ideal to welcome 14 people very comfortably with more than 150 m² and 4 bedrooms.
This house is composed of an entrance on the ground floor with a ski room, a hallway with access to the living room on the 1st floor, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, access to the balcony with a magnificent view, a bedroom with a double bed 140*190cm and a single bed 80*190cm, a bathroom with washing machine, a toilet.
On level 2: an entrance with a reading corner, a bedroom with a double bed 140*190cm, another bedroom with a double bed 140*190cm and bunk beds 90*190cm, a shower room with WC, a bedroom with two double beds 140*190cm, a sofa bed and a single bed 90*190cm
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a fridge, an oven, a filter coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, a raclette, fondue and crepe maker, and all the crockery for 14 people!
Pets are allowed in this establishment (on request only and with a supplement of 5€/day or 30€/week).
Please note that sheets, towels and wifi connection are optional and extra.
You can order them up to 3 days before your arrival.
The fireplace cannot be used.
PETS: The owner accepts pets! Please note that only small pets are accepted, kept on a lead and on condition that they are not left alone in the accommodation. However, they are not allowed on the sofa or beds. The supplement payable for the presence of a pet is €5 per day or €30 per week. Please inform the agency.
