Discover this superb, brand-new, semi-detached chalet with its superb features and breathtaking views over the resort of Saint Sorlin d'Arves, at the heart of the LES SYBELLES ski area.
At the entrance, you can leave your skis, then you'll find a sleeping area with bunk beds and cupboard, a WC, a bedroom with a 160*200cm double bed, a shower room and washing machine.
On the 1st floor are two bedrooms with double beds (160*200cm), a bathroom and a WC.
The 2nd floor features a spacious living room with sitting area and pellet stove, dining area, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen and, above all, a superb balcony with mountain views.
The modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, large fridge, oven, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all the crockery and cutlery for 8 people!
The chalet is located on the "Chemin de la Sapinière" in St Sorlin d'Arves, less than 300m from the slopes, the ski school and the shops (all within walking distance).

They can be ordered up to 3 days before your arrival.
PETS: The owner accepts pets! Please note that only small pets are accepted, kept on a lead and on condition that they are not left alone in the accommodation. However, they are not allowed on the sofa or beds. The supplement payable for the presence of a pet is €5 per day or €30 per week. Please inform the agency.
