Apartment in an exclusive, recently built building on Poniente Beach, Benidorm. Just 400 metres from the beach. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (main en suite) and capacity for 6 people.
The accommodation is very bright and measures 90 m² and has a large terrace with views of the sea and the city.
It has air conditioning throughout the accommodation, heat pump heating, 1 TV (Smart TV), iron, hair dryer, 1 parking space in the same building.
The American induction kitchen with peninsula is equipped with a fridge, washing machine, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.
Urbanization with elevator, large communal pool + children's pool with Balinese hammock area, communal heated pool located at the top of the building, outdoor jacuzzis, solarium area, garden and children's recreational areas, gym, sauna, paddle tennis courts, sports area with football and basketball courts (equipment for sports areas not included).
- Check-in takes place at the accommodation itself from 4:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Late arrivals are subject to a €25 penalty and a maximum of midnight. - Arrival must be coordinated with the agency regarding the arrival time and there will be a maximum of 20 minutes waiting as a courtesy. If the agreed time is not respected, the penalty will be the same as for late arrival. Prior to arrival, the necessary documentation must be sent to formalize the contract.
- Minimum rental of 11 days.
- The deposit is paid in cash and is returned in cash upon departure.
-Check-out from 09:30 to 12:00 to be coordinated with the agency and with the same conditions as check-in.
-Smoking is only allowed on the terrace.
