The entrance hall leads to a fully-equipped kitchen featuring a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a microwave oven, a conventional oven, a two-burner induction hob, a hood and a Philips "L'Or" coffee machine. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, WC and washing machine. The dining area, separated from the kitchen by a glass partition, is followed by a living room with TV and plenty of storage space. An alcove houses a double bed (160 cm) with high-quality bedding. This sleeping area is not separated from the living room by a wall. The loggia (less than 2m²), equipped with furniture, offers a partial view of the Arcachon basin. The apartment was completely renovated in July 2024, with a modern, uncluttered and elegant decor.
Its location is ideal: the beach is just across the street, a Carrefour Market is 250 meters away and the municipal market is a 15-minute walk away. A named parking space is available. Please note that pets are not allowed. White linen is not provided but can be rented from our partner LocLinge (promo code: vacances33). Cancellation insurance is included (membership optional). Departure cleaning is included, following normal and regular maintenance of the rental during the stay.
