You'll be surprised to find such a 4-star apartment when you push open the modern door of this building in downtown Annecy.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the building and can comfortably accommodate 4 people (double bed in the master bedroom and sofa bed in the living room). It has been completely refurbished by the owner and furnished by an interior designer to create a warm, contemporary blend with a peaceful interior.
The sunny kitchen overlooks the mountains, while the living room opens onto a quiet street where you can relax in front of the TV.
The cosy atmosphere of the living room is the perfect place to relax before visiting Annecy. The master bedroom has a dressing room.
The apartment is well insulated from noise and is equipped with a TV system, music, and wifi.
Reservations are for a maximum capacity of 4 people plus a baby from 0 to 3 years ( sheets for the baby bed are not provided ).
Le palazzo apartment is strictly non-smoking.

Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to midnight.
Keys are kept in a secure key box on site.
If accommodation is available earlier, we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not collected that evening.
To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
