This lovely, bright 35 m² T2 apartment, renovated in August 2023, is ideally located in a small residence between the old town, Cap d'Antibes and facing the sea!
Located in front of the Salis beach, come and stay in this cosy air-conditioned T2 apartment, fully equipped for short or long stays. You'll enjoy a 7m² balcony overlooking the sea and direct access to the beach.
Space
The 35m² T2 apartment has been completely refurbished and fully equipped.
It comprises an entrance hall and living room with a large TV and sofa bed.
The fully-equipped kitchenette will enable you to prepare delicious meals during your stay in Antibes, by the sea.
The bathroom has a shower and washbasin. The toilet is in a separate room off the bathroom.
The 8m² bedroom includes a double bed and storage space.
Finally, you can dine both indoors and outdoors on the 7m² balcony, which includes a table and 4 chairs that you can easily fit into the living area, with a magnificent view of the sea, Salis beach, the old town and Cap d'Antibes.
Access
You'll have full access to the T2 and its balcony.

Neighborhood
The T2 is located in a quiet neighborhood in an ideal location. You can relax on the Salis beach at the foot of the residence, with its white sand, the little port, the old town on the left and Cap d'Antibes on the right.
All local shops and amenities (bakery, pharmacy, mini-market...) are 400 meters away in the direction of Antibes, with restaurants all along the way.
Old Antibes, the Provencal market, the shops and restaurants of the old town are a 15-minute walk away via a promenade running alongside the sea.
This unique accommodation is close to all the sites and amenities to facilitate your stay and visits.
Transit
You can easily spend your stay in Antibes on foot and by bus, but a car is recommended if you want to get away from Antibes.
Notes
A free parking space awaits you in the residence's private, covered and secure parking lot.
