The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- A bedroom opening onto the balcony with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- A bathroom with bath and WC
Second floor:
- A semi-open kitchen, designed by Charlotte Perriand. The kitchen is fully equipped: toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, etc.
- A bright living/dining area thanks to the famous bay windows, with two bench seats that can be used as an extra bed for a family with children. The Modulor features a wealth of storage and original features, as well as furniture by Pierre Chapo, combining comfort and aesthetics. You'll also enjoy exceptional sea views from the living room or balcony, ideal for relaxing moments.

Le Modulor is located in the 8ᵉ arrondissement of Marseille, in the heart of the Cité Radieuse. This emblematic district offers many services and leisure activities to its residents. You can visit the MAMO, a contemporary art center on the roof terrace, and discover ‘la rue commerçante’ with bakery, bookshop, gourmet restaurant, and art galleries. Experience total immersion in the world of Le Corbusier, with exhibitions of contemporary designers in flat 50. Transport :
To get to Le Modulor from Gare Saint-Charles, take the metro towards Saint-Marguerite Dromel and get off at the Rond-point du Prado stop. From there, take bus no. 21 towards Luminy and get off at the Le Corbusier stop. Free public parking is available at the foot of the building, and there is a Velib station opposite 318 avenue de Mazargues.
The airport is accessible via a shuttle bus to Gare Saint-Charles, but we recommend that you use taxis or Uber drivers for greater convenience.
