In a quiet neighborhood between downtown and the Aiguillon district, 112 m² two-storey house with courtyard and shaded terrace.
Parking for one or two cars is available at the side of the house. Its entrance leads to the fully-equipped kitchen with hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and washing machine (in the laundry room at the back of the house).
Separate WC. Its living room, TV and WIFI, opens onto the dining room.
Upstairs, a first bedroom with a 160cm double bed, shower and washbasin. A bedroom with a 90cm bunk bed and crib. A shower room with WC. A third bedroom with two 90cm beds. A bedroom with a 160cm double bed, and a fifth and final bedroom with a 160cm double bed.
You'll be able to take advantage of the outdoor furniture and its Barbecue + plancha to enjoy your meals with family or friends.
Just a few minutes' walk from all amenities: bakery-pastry shop, butcher's shop, fishmonger's, bar-tobacco-press, mini-market, pharmacy, boat hire, water-skiing, jet-skiing... and of course all the seafood restaurants in the Aiguillon district for gourmets.
