Large house in the heart of Saint-Georges d'Oléron, ideal for vacations with family or friends.
This spacious house can accommodate up to 10 people, offering all the comforts needed for a relaxing stay.
Outside, enjoy a fully enclosed garden, perfect for children, equipped with garden furniture, barbecue and parasol for your moments of outdoor relaxation. Private parking is also available.
Inside, the house features a modern, fully-equipped kitchen, a convivial dining room with an electric piano, and a comfortable living room with TV. A separate toilet and a first bedroom with a single bed (90 cm) are also located on the first floor.
Upstairs, you'll find four further bedrooms:
A second bedroom with two single beds (2*90cm),
A third bedroom with two single beds (2*90)
A fourth bedroom with a king-size bed (160cm) and en-suite shower room,
A fifth bedroom with a king-size bed (140cm) and a desk, ideal for those who need to work during their stay.
