HOUSE RULES
Take care of the house as if it were your own
- Respect the rules of coexistence and rest.
- Do not make loud noises after 11:00 p.m.
- Leave the house as you found it
- To throw the garbage in the public containers
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- In case of leaving the house in bad condition or very dirty, it will be deducted from the deposit.
- Passport or ID details are required by the property.
- Due to new regulations concerning the impact of climate change, an additional charge will be applied in case of high water or electricity consumption, such as charging electric cars or high capacity batteries.
This will cover the associated additional costs.
-All payments must be made by bank.
-The deposit will be returned at the end of your stay following the policies.
It may take 7 days to make the return order.
