- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160x200) that can be separated to make 2 single beds

First floor:

The house is ideally located in Charny Orée de Puisaye, in very pleasant surroundings. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.

- The gite is equipped with a beer tapping machine. Several beers are available. The beer will be fresh and ready to drink when you arrive. This service is available as an optional extra (€40 per keg). For more information, please contact our local partner.
- Parties are not permitted. The property is in a quiet hamlet and the neighbours expect peace and quiet. The property is equipped with a noise detector.
- Waste sorting is compulsory.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- Bed linen and towels included.
- Beware of the pond, children must be supervised by an adult.
- The fireplace is functional and a wheelbarrow of wood, including several flames, is available. There is an additional charge of €15.
- Pets are allowed in the accommodation for an extra charge of €15/stay. Please specify this when booking.
