Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 55 m² flat in Épinal can accommodate up to 6 people. Located on the 4th floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 16 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms, a shower room and a 30 m² garden. The accommodation comprises

- An enclosed, shared garden (30m² plot dedicated to each home) to make the most of fine weather. The garden is shared, with each dwelling having its own plot. All plots are open and therefore accessible to all.
The flat is ideally located in Épinal, just 15 minutes' walk from the town centre. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

If you choose to come by car, you can park in the free on-street car park. There are also free parking spaces in the neighbourhood, and it's easy to find spaces available at all hours.
