Located on the first floor, this bright and charming apartment includes:
- two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with bunk beds;
- a fully-equipped kitchen
- a functional shower room;
- a dining room with balcony overlooking the quiet courtyard and Mont Blanc view;
- a comfortable living room with sofa bed.

You'll particularly appreciate its practicality and calm.

Everything you need for an excellent stay is at your disposal, including: Wifi, Television, Dishwasher, Washing machine (in the cellar), Tumble dryer, Nespresso coffee machine, Refrigerator, Microwave, Oven, Toaster, Kettle, Gas stove, Central heating, etc.
Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

One of the main advantages of this accommodation is its ideal location. It is located :
- In the heart of Chamonix.
- In a quiet residence, with easy access to many amenities and attractions.
- Less than 5 minutes' walk from the pedestrian street in the center of town, where you'll find stores, restaurants, a cinema and other businesses.

You'll be in the same building as our agency, so you can check in at our offices or come directly to us for information.

You'll be in the immediate vicinity of the market, open on Saturdays, walks along the banks of the Arve, an ice rink, swimming pool and the magnificent QC Terme SPA.
If you're a keen skier, you'll be delighted to know that the cross-country ski trails and lifts at Brévent-Flégère are also less than 5 minutes away.

What's more, just a 3-minute walk away, you'll find the Savoy field, where the ESF ski school is located, and where you can take the ski lift to the Brévent-Flégère gondola if the snow conditions are good!

And if you'd like to explore other ski areas, buses are available next to the building and will take you directly to Grand Montets, Le Tour, Vallorcine or Les Houches.

You'll have a free travel card for the internal train routes between Servoz and Vallorcine, and reduced fares on the Chamonix Bus urban shuttles (except Chamo'nuit Bus).

For your daily needs, a "Super U and Drive" supermarket is less than 10 minutes' walk away.

During your stay, you'll have the opportunity to discover the must-see sites for which the town is famous, such as :
- Musée des Cristaux - Espace Tairraz, a 7-minute walk away;
- Les Planards - Chamonix-Mont-Blanc less than 15 minutes' walk away;
- the Aiguille du Midi cable car, about 15 minutes' walk away;
- the Cascade du Dard is an 18-minute drive away, and much more.

Location
A famous ski resort, Chamonix is renowned for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. The capital of mountaineering, Chamonix is much more than just a resort: its valley is made up of 10 ski areas, an authentic, lively town center and a wide range of winter and summer activities (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, a magnificent spa facing Mont Blanc, hiking to high-altitude lakes, mountain biking...). Other popular tourist attractions include the Aiguille du Midi, the starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, inviting you to a unique experience at 3800m, and the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, leading to the Mer de Glace. The Mer de Glace is a 7.5 km-long valley of glaciers. Spectacular scenery all year round.
