Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 80 m² flat in Paray-le-Monial can accommodate up to 6 people. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty living room, a fitted kitchen, three good bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi (fibre optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The flat is ideally located in Paray-le-Monial, with an exceptional view of the basilica and the canal. Directly opposite the cycle path, it is close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the local market, etc. The environment is particularly pleasant, perfect for making the most of your stay!

- Visit the town and the basilica: Discover Paray-le-Monial's rich heritage by exploring the town and its magnificent basilica, a jewel of Romanesque art.
- The entrance to the inner courtyard is narrow and not suitable for wide vehicles (dimensions: 2.50 m wide and 3.70 m long).
- Boat trips and fishing: Take advantage of the tranquillity of the canal for a boat trip or fishing session, ideal for relaxing in the heart of nature.
- Cycle path: Get on your bike and set off on an adventure along the cycle path that runs directly opposite the flat, offering a number of pleasant routes.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's garage (a small vehicle, to the left in the inner courtyard) or in the free parking spaces in the street.

- Nearest airport: Saint-Yan, about 9 km away (10 min by car) and Dijon-Bourgogne, about 147 km away (1h40 by car).
