This large luxury villa is located in a small village just 5 kilometres from Iii, a small town on the Adriatic Sea in the Kvarner Bay. The beautiful Villa Viktoria can accommodate up to 8 people. The property is ideal for a relaxing holiday for those who want to spend it in a spacious house with breathtaking views of the Adriatic Sea! At your disposal are 3 spacious bedrooms with air conditioning, 4 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and living room with fireplace and dining area. The villa also has an additional living room with a sofa that can be converted into a comfortable double bed. In this room there is also a small kitchen.

Iii is a well-known nautical centre with the ACI Marina. In the centre of the town there is a large Blue Flag beach. Here you can enjoy a wide range of sports and leisure activities in addition to swimming and sunbathing. If you want to experience even more, take a stroll along the beautiful Loungo Mare shore and experience the nightlife in the nearby town of Opatija - also known as the pearl of the Adriatic.
