The Hauts de Préclaux residence, located at an altitude of 1,800 meters, forms the heart of Bois-Méan. It wraps around the central square, where shops, bars and restaurants set the pace for daily life in the resort.
It offers a wide variety of accommodation, from 4 to 10 people, with either mountain-style or resolutely modern features, all with balcony or terrace.
You're sure to appreciate our superb outdoor heated swimming pool, open in summer and winter, and our sauna cabins (pool area open seasonally only from 06/29/2024 to 08/31/2024 and from 07/12/2024 to 12/04/2025).

This 35 m² mountain-style apartment is ideal for your ski-in/ski-out stay in the heart of Les Orres 1800.
Located in the "Les Valérianes" building, you'll have easy access to all the amenities of the shopping area: restaurants, supermarket, bakery, ski rental stores, souvenir store... As soon as you leave the ski room, where you'll have your own private stall, put on your skis and hit the slopes!
From the east-facing balcony, you can enjoy views of the ski slopes and larch forest, while soaking up the morning sun of the Southern Alps.
The apartment features an entrance hall with storage space leading to the sleeping area, a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet, a master bedroom, a living area with sofa and TV, and a fully-equipped kitchenette: dishwasher, microwave, fridge, hob, toaster, kettle...
Sleeping facilities include a sofa bed in the living room, two single beds 90 x 190 cm in the mountain area and a double bed 140 x 190 cm in the bedroom, for a total capacity of 6 people.
After a beautiful day in the mountains, enjoy a moment of relaxation in the residence's wellness area, where a heated outdoor swimming pool and sauna cabins are at your disposal (wellness area open in season only, summer and winter).
