In view of the legal proceedings in progress and the expert's note of 16/12/19, we would be grateful if you would comply with the following prohibition in view of the observed dangerousness:
4. Decision to prohibit any presence on balconies and on all floors.
Considering the contradictory findings made at the judicial expert's meeting of 11.12.19 on the balconies of 6 apartments representing 10% of the total number of apartments in the residence, which indicate proven damage jeopardizing the solidity of the railings and, consequently, the safety of people who may be on them, considering the ANNECY STRUCTURES report of 12.12.19, the SOCOTEC report dated 14.11.16 and the ARBORESCENCE report dated 03.01.17, it is immediately appropriate to prohibit access to the balconies of the residence on all floors until further notice.
It should also be noted that the tenon / mortise and metal post / wood post connections are hidden and can be damaged, making it even more dangerous to walk on the balconies.
This prohibition is communicated to owners and occupants of the apartments by any appropriate means: registered letter, posting at the access doors to the residence and at the access doors to the balconies from the apartments.
