Exteriors and Swimming pool
Villa Lola is surrounded by a large garden of approximately 500 sqm, enriched with vases, with natural lawn, bushes and large trees. The property includes approximately 10 hectares of farmland planted with vines, olive trees and fruit trees which are part of the family business. In the part of the garden in front of the house, through a small gate, you access a reserved area, completely fenced with hedges and plants, where we find the swimming pool, with a particular "arrow shape" measuring 14x6 meters with a depth that varies from 90 to 180 cm, external shower, solarium area with 8 sun loungers, 6 deck chairs, 2 umbrellas. In a separate room under the swimming pool there is the laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and iron. From the villa you can enjoy the view of the typical Tuscan countryside, which surrounds the property and offers postcard landscapes: a succession of rolling hills and roads outlined by rows of cypresses. The exterior is completed by a furnished terrace with two outdoor lounges with umbrella, two built-in barbecues and games for children. All outdoor areas are well maintained and cared for. The parking is located inside the property, easy to access, without a gate.

Interior
Villa Lola (approximately 240 m2) is located not far from the main structure of the farm. The villa, originally an old 18th century farmhouse, skilfully restored preserving the original structure, is made up of 2 units, which can be used as an independent house: the "Terra" and "Cielo" apartments, carefully finished by the owners. All electrical and water systems have been recently installed.
The "Terra" apartment is accessed via the brick porch, equipped with a table and twelve chairs for lunches and dinners overlooking the garden, thanks to large and bright windows. From here you enter the built-in kitchen (electric oven, hob with 5 burners, extractor hood, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, citrus juicer, moka coffee and American coffee machine). Furthermore, on the ground floor there is a large and bright living room with sofas, fireplace and TV, a double bedroom, a sigle bedroom which is accessed via 3 steps, with access to the porch, a twin bedded room (beds can be joinable) with an additional single bed which is accessed via 2 steps, two bathrooms with shower.
From the porch, three external steps lead to the "Cielo" apartment characterized on the ground floor by a living room, furnished with sofas, fireplace and TV, a built-in kitchen (electric oven, hob with 5 burners, extractor hood, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, citrus juicer, mocha coffee and American coffee machine) with a large table with chairs overlooking the external porch. From the main entrance, adjacent to the living room, throught an internal staircase of 16 steps you reach the first floor: here we find 3 double bedrooms, the last of which is accessed by going down 5 steps, 1 bathroom with large shower and two sinks which is accessed by going down 3 steps. All bedrooms and the two living rooms are equipped with mosquito nets.

Villa Lola is situated in Montespertoli, a short distance from Florence, a beautiful medieval village immersed in the countryside between Val Di Pesa, Val D'Elsa and Val di Virginio, positioned along the Via Volterrana which connects to the Via Francigena. The location allows you to spend a relaxing holiday with the possibility of taking walks in the beautiful surrounding countryside. Particularly suitable for families with children or a group of friends who love a holiday of relaxation, nature and sport.

Upon request, to be paid on site, there is the possibility of domestic help, a chef and the organization of cooking courses.

Here it is the beauty of nature that reigns, but it is worth visiting Montespertoli and its surroundings for the architecture and landscapes, medieval buildings, churches, historical and artistic testimonies. There are many possible itineraries, from trekking and cycle tourism excursions to food and wine routes. You can visit cellars and farms, first of all the Casa di Monte agricultural company, a large part of which is cultivated with vineyards for the production of red wines and Chianti Classico DOCG and a part with olive groves for the production of extra virgin olive oil. The tasting tower of Casa di Monte offers the possibility of guided tours of the winemaking, the aging cellar and the room for the production of vinsanto. Possibility of tastings or witnessing the harvest of grapes and olives as well as booking dinners and breakfasts on request.
