Magnificent barn with swimming pool for exclusive use for 5 people with 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 single bedroom with bathroom with shower, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 service bathroom. The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, internet connection, heating, mosquito nets, cot and high chair. Outside, guests can enjoy a fenced garden, barbecue and gazebo for al fresco dining. Parking on the property.
Outdoor areas and swimming pool
The grounds extend over an area of around 600 m2 of fully fenced, well-kept garden. In the garden in front of the villa we find a beautiful lawn and a beautiful rectangular swimming pool measuring 8x3 with a depth of 1.25 meters. Around the pool is the solarium area, equipped with sunbeds, deckchairs and a cold-water shower. A beautiful gazebo with table and chairs for alfresco dining and a portable barbecue are also available. Parking is available inside the property.
Interiors
Villa il Fienile is characterized by rustic furnishings typical of the area, creating a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere, with attention to every detail to provide guests with every comfort. The ground-floor entrance leads to the living room, furnished with sofas, a large satellite TV and access to the outside, a large kitchen with a well-equipped dining area and direct access to the outside, 1 single bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, 1 service bathroom. A magnificent internal staircase leads to the second floor, with 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. The entire house is equipped with air conditioning and mosquito nets. Laundry facilities (washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board) are shared with other guests 60 meters from the barn, near reception.
Location
The accommodation is located in a small village on a hillside with a splendid view over the surrounding countryside. Lamporecchio is just 3 km from the villa.

The swimming pool is open from 01/05 to 30/10. For larger numbers, Villa il Fienile and Villa l'Uliveta, located next door, can be rented for a total of 13 people, with 2 private pools. Access via 1 km of dirt road in good condition.
