The Hauts de Préclaux residence, located at an altitude of 1,800 meters, forms the heart of Bois-Méan. It wraps around the central square, where shops, bars and restaurants set the pace for daily life in the resort.
It offers a wide variety of accommodation, from 4 to 10 people, with either mountain-style or resolutely modern features, all with balcony or terrace.
You're sure to appreciate our superb outdoor heated swimming pool, open in summer and winter, and our sauna cabins (pool area open seasonally only from 06/29/2024 to 08/31/2024 and from 07/12/2024 to 12/04/2025).

This 35 m² apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. It is ideally located in the heart of the shopping area of Les Orres 1800, in the "Les Colchiques" building, with all its shops (restaurants, supermarket, bakery, ski rental, etc.) and entertainment.
The apartment comprises an entrance hall with storage space leading to the sleeping area, a living room with fully-equipped kitchenette and lounge/dining area, a bathroom with bathtub for relaxing after a day's sport, a bedroom and separate toilet.
From the east-facing balcony, you can enjoy sunny mornings while gazing at the lovely view of the slopes and surrounding mountains.
Sleeping facilities include a 140 x 190 cm double bed in the bedroom, two 80 x 190 cm single beds in the sleeping area and a 2-person sofa bed in the living room.
For a "ski-in, ski-out" stay, put on your skis and head straight for the slopes from the ski locker, where you'll find a private box for storing your equipment.
Relax with unlimited access to the residence's superb heated outdoor swimming pool and sauna cabins, open only in season, summer and winter.
