Come and discover our charming house nestled in the peaceful village of Eyjeaux, just a few minutes from Limoges. This bright, spacious home offers all modern comforts in a tranquil, green setting. Ideal for families, couples or friends, it's the perfect place to relax and explore the region.
Space
This spacious home is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. With its spacious living areas, it is designed to offer optimum comfort while remaining warm and welcoming. The main room, with its high ceilings and fireplace, is ideal for gathering around a cozy fire. Warm colors and natural materials create a convivial atmosphere.
The modern kitchen, open to the living room, is fully equipped so you can prepare your meals just like at home. The large picture windows offer uninterrupted views over the garden and let in an abundance of natural light. A mezzanine overlooks the living room, equipped with a sofa bed for additional sleeping.
The house has 4 comfortable bedrooms, each with its own double bed (a 160 cm bed, two 140 cm beds, a 140 cm sofa bed, and a 120 cm bed), with cupboards for your personal belongings. Two modern, functional bathrooms are at your disposal, offering the possibility of bathing or showering as you prefer.
The garden, surrounded by greenery and including a forest area, is the ideal place to enjoy a relaxing moment in the sun or shade. You can share an alfresco meal under the pergola or enjoy a game of table tennis while listening to the birdsong. Important note: As indicated in the house rules, it is not possible to recharge an electric vehicle at the house.
Access
Travelers have full access to the house and garden. You'll be able to enjoy the indoor and outdoor spaces to your heart's content, whether you're relaxing, cooking or having fun.
Neighborhood
The neighborhood is quiet and residential, ideal for relaxing in peace and quiet. Eyjeaux is a charming village where you'll find the essentials: a bakery, a small supermarket and a few restaurants. You can also discover the surrounding countryside with its hiking trails, or explore the many nearby tourist attractions such as medieval castles, the banks of the Vienne river, and half-timbered houses.
Transit
The house is located about 15 minutes' drive from Limoges, where you can explore the city's stores, restaurants and museums. A vehicle is recommended for easy access to the surrounding area. Parking is available on site. Quick access to the A20 freeway also makes it easy to get to nearby tourist attractions.

Lac de Saint-Pardoux, 35 km from the house, offers a wide range of water sports at its two bases. You'll find water skiing, wakeboarding and shortboarding, as well as a variety of other activities for young and old, including an accrobranche with zip line, beaches and a swimming pool with slides. The lake is surrounded by a 24 km trail, ideal for hiking and mountain biking. On-site refreshment stands and fast-food outlets are also available.
