In a quiet location, 10 minutes' walk from the river and 1.5 km from the nearest shops, this comfortable, friendly house has been completely refurbished, has air conditioning, WIFI and an above-ground swimming pool.
The open-plan living area comprises a fully-equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, American fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, toaster and 6-seater dining area), a large dining room (table seating 8) and a cosy lounge (connected TV and sofa bed). This room opens onto two covered terraces, where you'll find a barbecue and garden furniture.
The night area comprises three bedrooms: a master suite (180x200cm bed) with en suite shower room and dressing room, a bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm) and chest of drawers, and a ‘children's’ bedroom with a bunk bed (a high single bed, a low double bed and an extra pull-out bed) and storage cupboard. A shower room with WC and double washbasin completes the suite.
In the garden, you'll find a trampoline, children's games, an above-ground swimming pool and furniture for relaxing. We also leave books, games, a hi-fi system, a booster seat and a cot in the house.
The 1000m2 garden is fenced but not enclosed. You can park directly in front of the house.
Linen (sheets, towels, tea towels) is provided. The house is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
