First floor:
- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 4: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, iron.

Outside:
- One and a garden and a terrace of around 30 m² facing south, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather (table, benches, parasol). The garden is not enclosed.

The house is ideally located in Vissac-Auteyrac, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are nearby, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly next to the house (up to 4 cars).
