Cocoonr agency offers this charming cocoon, in Nantes, on the second floor (no lift) of a building in the heart of the Olivettes district. The flat has been completely renovated, inspired by the contrasts and diversity of activities in the district. You'll love the neat, functional renovation. It can accommodate two people. It comprises a pretty living room opening onto a quiet lane, a fitted kitchen and a shower room. This studio offers all the comforts you need to discover our town, whether on a business or tourist trip.
The accommodation comprises :
- A living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a table, a coffee table, TV and Wi-Fi.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with combined microwave, hob, etc.
- A shower room with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: Nespresso coffee machine.
Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

You'll be staying in Nantes, enjoying its culture, exhibitions and shows, its culinary specialities and local produce, as well as its tourist attractions.

For more information, the tourist office is very close to the Château des Ducs.
All amenities are close at hand, including a bakery, hairdresser, gym, grocery shop and a host of trendy restaurants. You'll love the proximity of the hypercentre, just a 10-minute walk away, and the Cité des Congrès, just 5 minutes away.
A 5-minute walk away is the famous Lieu Unique, a cultural centre turned national stage, housed in the former premises of the LU biscuit factory. The famous Château des Ducs de Bretagne is less than 10 minutes' walk away, and the train station is 12 minutes' walk away.
Transport links:
Tram: If you prefer public transport, tram lines 2 and 3 (stops "Hotel Dieu" and "Aimé Delrue") are 2 minutes away.
Airport: a dedicated shuttle bus leaves from the station and takes you there in around twenty minutes.
- There is a bike hire point, Bicloo station, 50m away.
