Welcome to our charming apartment in the village of Le Monêtier-les-Bains, ideal for vacations with family or friends! Located in a quiet street, this two-bedroom apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. Enjoy an unforgettable stay in this cosy space, fully equipped for maximum comfort.
Accommodation
The apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay: a kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine for your breakfasts. For convivial evenings, a raclette machine is at your disposal. The bright living room is perfect for relaxing in front of the TV after a day's skiing, cycling or hiking. You'll also find a washing machine and hairdryer for added convenience.
The south-facing balcony is the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine while admiring the view of the surrounding mountains. What's more, the apartment is equipped with private parking reserved for residents staying in the residence, which is a real asset when exploring the region by car.
We welcome your four-legged friends, so the whole family can enjoy their stay.

Don't miss out on visiting sites of interest such as the "Grands Bains du Monêtier" aquatic center, a four-minute walk from the accommodation, the Tourist Office, 5 minutes away, the Museum of Sacred Art, 3 minutes away, and many more. If you like hiking, there are a number of trails close by! You can also take advantage of the brand-new climbing wall at the foot of the slopes and the bike park right next to the Grands Bains!
You're just a 10-minute walk from the slopes of Serre-chevalier, where you can take full advantage of winter and summer activities such as downhill skiing, giant zip lines, mountain karts, hiking, climbing with the brand-new climbing wall at the foot of the slopes and the brand-new bike park right next to the Grands Bains, picnics ....
A shuttle bus is available at the end of the street, taking you free of charge to the ski slopes in just 5 minutes.
You'll find everything you need: shops, bars, restaurants and ski rental outlets. For your daily shopping, the Sherpa supermarket is just 5 minutes away. The area is very popular with locals and tourists alike, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses - I'll be delighted to share my favorites with you!
Location
Le Monêtier-les-Bains is a commune in the Hautes-Alpes, in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region, 14 km northwest of Briançon, perfect for a breath of fresh air. It's a commune rich in heritage, with its Notre-Dame de l'Assomption and Saint-Claude de Monêtiers-les-Bains churches, as well as its Sacred Arts Museum. Monêtier is also renowned for its thermal baths, just a stone's throw from the ski slopes.
The village has a strong alpine character, with glaciers within easy reach and wild, unspoilt high altitudes.
Its 13,000-hectare territory stretches from the Col du Galibier, through the Col du Lautaret to the Cerces massif (where the main hiking trails start at the Pont de l'Alp) and the Ecrins National Park. Monêtier is the highest point of the Serre-Chevalier ski resort.
