Bright apartment on the top floor of a building with elevator, right in the center of the resort, at the foot of the slopes.
The balcony faces east, offering views of the ski area, mountains and Valentin esplanade. Living room with sofa bed, large flat-screen TV, WII games console, dining area and kitchenette with top fridge, oven, 3 induction hobs, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster and large storage cupboard.
Alcove with 4 bunk beds and storage drawers. Bathroom with shower and washbasin, separate WC.
Access to the central terrace of the esplanade du valentin will be forbidden (covered parking works). Access to residence entrances and shops is possible via a traffic lane.
