Renovated 21 m² west-facing studio located on the top floor of a residence with elevator in the heart of the Gourette resort.
The tastefully decorated living room features a TV and a comfortable double sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, large fridge, Senséo coffee maker, toaster, kettle and a dining area.
In the entrance hall, you'll find the bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.
Double heating system: collective in winter + electric.
Pet fee: 40 euros.
Access to the central terrace of the esplanade du valentin will be forbidden (covered parking works). Access to residence entrances and shops is possible via a traffic lane. As a result, Valentin residences no longer have direct access to the ski slopes, which must be bypassed. Access by stairs, 150 m from the slopes.
Visitor's tax: current rate/night/person aged 18 and over.
Possibility of end-of-rental cleaning from 80 euros.
